Something not right with your Mixtape? We'll fix it.

Email hi@clutch.fm. Tell us the recipient's name and roughly when you made the song, or paste your Mixtape's share link. We usually reply within a day.

Common questions

My song is taking a while. Most songs are ready in a few minutes. Keep the app open, or come back later, because recording keeps going in the background.
I paid but my song didn't unlock. Open the song in the app again and it will finish the unlock. If it still doesn't, email us and we'll sort it out. You won't be charged twice.
I want a different version. Every song comes with one free remake. After that, remakes are available as an in-app purchase.
I have a code. Tap “Have a promo code?” on the unlock screen.
Refunds. Purchases are made through the App Store, so Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting a Mixtape. Email us and we'll delete it, including its share page and songs. See our Privacy Policy.
